(急)20點車禍事故

我在鄉間小路發生車禍,當時是晚上再左轉彎時吃到對向車道(並無分向線及路燈) 以時速30~40之速度與對向機車(未開大燈)相撞,筆錄上我有剎車對方並無剎車,是否錯全在於我?但鑑定報告卻說我沒注意前方來車(晚上沒開燈要我怎麼注意注意到時我仍然有剎車阿)
事後對方要求我賠償他七成損失,賠償我3成損失我的估價單上13000但並無全修只修了4000和對方談和解對方堅持要以收據為準,換算下來要我賠償 4000塊,這樣是否合理? 估價單並沒有足夠的證明?
我估價單上13000 只休4000(有收據) 對方修8000(有收據)
我只是覺得,我車沒修完,還要賠得更多,似乎不太合理!
