不喜歡做愛會有生理需求嗎

請問一下哦
我男朋友是不喜歡做愛的那種人
不過我不知道是不是對象關係
不知道是不是因為她對之前女朋友都不了解
(因為都是感覺對就在一起)
加上他不愛隨便
但是 她說我跟之前那些都不一樣
我們也都快一年了 他也把我當老婆
* 她把暫時的女性朋友 和老婆分得很清楚
我也是從以前到現在唯一一個
我想問那她對我 是會有生理需求..?

之前我曾經跟他溝通到這個問題
她覺得下體touch 到就感覺很噁心

不過聽說男生部都會有生理需求...
如果一個男生不想做愛
那她會有生理需求嗎? 就是自衛之類的...
