「你的帳戶被盜用，需將錢領出由檢察官監管！」以綽號「雙腳」為首詐騙集團，利用監管帳戶金錢詐騙老招，4個月內騙到超過1500萬元，其中1名台東婦人還被騙660萬元，台東警方27日將主嫌及車手拘提到案。

警方表示，「雙腳」主要在台中活動，去年10月成立詐騙集團，以帳戶遭到冒用申請醫療補助涉及洗錢罪嫌，資產恐遭凍結等騙術，讓受害者心生恐懼，還偽造傳票指示將金錢提領交給他們「監管」，受害者遍及全台。

台東警方昨天清晨前往詐騙集團成員家中一口氣逮捕11人，其中5人未成年、2人為女性正擴大追查，並通知被害人指認。

警方表示，詐騙集團車手多是學長學弟或同學關係，部分還是高中生，因為賺錢容易「呷好鬥相報」，當警方上門他們錯愕不已，還有車手將手機從13樓往下丟，不過手機卻還能開機，將依手機通聯記錄釐清被害人身分。
