北京時間3月25日晚間消息，2013年2月俄羅斯人在英國的消費同比增長了16%，訪英人數大漲，推動英國房價飆升，熱錢助力英國復甦，然而，法新社報導，俄羅斯今年2月在英消費額同比重挫17%，而中國人在英消費則增長了23%。

法新社稱，俄羅斯不穩定局勢已經影響了今年的旅遊消費，2月俄羅斯人在英國店鋪的花銷同比重挫17%。而中東和中國遊客在英國的消費分別增長了31%和23%。

正如英國《經濟學人》指出，俄羅斯財富在英國社會的滲透遠超過西方其它國家，如果歐美對俄制裁擴大，“倫敦格勒”(Londongrad，一些人為了凸顯俄羅斯人在倫敦的勢力而給倫敦起的名字)的財富將受到影響。(谷雲)
