台北捷運頂溪捷運站今天上午8時許，1位陳姓民眾帶著剪刀搭捷運，沒想到在捷運車廂內用剪刀剪指甲，又被民眾誤認疑似要砍人，通報警方前往關注，最後被帶回派出所內了解。（​突發中心／台北報導）
