我是有碰到過很小很小的飯店(類似像國家公園旁邊的Bed and Breakfast. 他的訂房方式就是,
三種房間選擇. 價錢(旺季一個價, 淡季一個價). 沒有網上刷卡(他解釋, 刷卡費用太, 小店付不起.) 可以你打電話給他(還有business hours), 或是email連絡.

後來我是打電話給他信用卡號碼, (我怕email信用卡號碼不安全). 訂好房間, 跟他說好我到達的時間.

當天到的時候他不在, 把鑰匙放的地方email給我. 整晚, 就只有我們一戶入住...房間很乾淨, 很舒服, 也便宜. 但是因為是淡季, 服務從簡.
