夏天最佳的消暑方法就是玩水，相信水槍是很多人小時候的回憶。一人一支水槍在空地就可以玩的不亦樂乎，整個人涼快透心涼，夏天的暑氣也都閃一邊。但傳統的水槍射程較短，趣味性還差一點。現在有名工程師自製一把超強水槍，射程長達12公尺，增加了水槍的刺激度。

根據英國《每日郵報》報導，一名來自英國倫敦27歲工程師的比格雷夫（Alex Bygrave），利用日常生活用品和廢棄物，製作出超強大的水槍。他花了50小時，將55件廢棄物再利用，組裝成強力轉輪水槍。

這把水槍價值不斐要價1250英鎊(約新台幣6萬1000元)，有10公升的水箱，把汽車雨刷做成旋轉式發動機，拐杖扶手搖身一變成了幫浦，有六支砲管可以射水，可以在砲管內注入不同的色素，射出五顏六色的水增加趣味性。
