節水已成為必要的趨勢，經濟部今(30)日表示將會給予水價的折扣，節水1成至2成水費95折、2成至3成間予以9折、節水3成以上水價將打85折，將從今年4月起實施至今年7月。

經濟部旱災應變小組於今天上午邀請農委會、科技部、教育部、中央氣象局及相關縣市政府，召開第7次抗旱會議。

為了降低停水對民眾及產業之衝擊影響，經濟部旱災應變小組要求台水公司，備妥上述的因應方案，並針對管線末端地區特別考量採行補救措施。

此外，台水公司還提供「節水風水師」到府查漏諮詢服務，並促使機關學校帶頭做起，已於本月26日頒定機關學校節水行動原則，對用水量增加5%以上者，將後續研議懲處措施。

旱災應變小組另外針對第三階段限水進行各項統整盤點作業，首先面對的是，4月第1週適逢清明4天連續假期，民生用水需求較大。

且經評估上週帶來部分降雨略有助益，雖然水情仍極為吃緊，為減少對民眾生活衝擊，旱災應變小組決定，第三階段限水措施將延後1週。

經濟部水利署副署長賴伯勳表示，桃園、新北（板新及林口），包括部分新竹地區第三階段限水措施，均順延自4月8日起實施。
