請問薪資是人資要給你offer時候討論的，還是在與主管面試時就討論的呢? 我只面試第二家，有些眉角還是很不清楚。 還有假設你在談薪水的時候可能談太高，等候通知，若是願意提供你offer的話 他們還會有可能會再把薪資算低或者是就直接用我要求的薪資呢? 目前剛踏上 投履歷之旅，以後的路還很漫長，希望能了解一下談判的方式。謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.52.199
