歐盟盼 終結手機業者專利戰

（路透布魯塞爾29日電）歐洲聯盟執行委員會今天裁決，摩托羅拉行動公司（Motorola Mobility）以侵害專利為由對蘋果公司（Apple Inc.）聲請禁制令的作法違反歐盟法律，希望藉此平息大公司間的行動裝置專利戰。

歐盟（EU）反托辣斯主管機關在這項裁決中，也接受了南韓三星電子公司承諾，即只要其他公司簽下智慧型手機或平板電腦專利授權協議，就不會尋求聲請禁制令。這項劃時代裁決，或許可以止息各大公司間的行動裝置專利法律戰。中央社（翻譯）
