男子跳軌自殺　2630人搭台鐵延誤

台鐵指出，今中午蘇澳開往高雄的171次自強號，11時40分行經嘉義=南靖間發生死傷事故，有男子跳軌當場死亡，經鐵路警察蒐證處理後，171次列車於12時29分從事故現場開出。不過，因死者屍體散落於路線上，事故現場只能以20公里慢行，12時54分才恢復正常行車。

台鐵表示，此意外事故共影響10列次的列車受延誤，誤點總時數203分鐘，影響的旅客約2630人。(陳如嬌／台北報導)
