北京海澱、鳥巢、大望路等多處30日早上天空出現天文奇觀——倒掛彩虹！又稱『上帝之眼』，學名環天頂弧。

根據法制晚報報導，這種罕見奇觀，看上去就像天空在神秘的微笑，因此科學家將其命名『上帝之眼』。極地地區較為常見，溫暖地區極罕見。據說看到的人都非常幸運！
