小弟本來預定2月25號提離職無奈家中外祖母突然過世,禮俗是照佛教有許多禮節習俗要遵照,自己也想陪外祖母走完最後這段路而我又在台北工作,外祖母喪事辦在恆春想請問這樣的情況,我是否可以在24號或25號當天提離職並且把訃聞附上請喪假呢? 我的年資是1.5年勞基法規定是提完後的20天才可離職查勞基法規定的喪假,外祖母過世應該是六天沒錯喪假的這六天,有算在這20天內嗎? 麻煩各位幫忙解答,謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.169.50.248 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1424722796.A.7AC.html
