從今年開始,騎機車酒駕大約會被罰多少?(急!)

超過0.25(含)就是公共危險罪(刑事)，0.15-0.24是交通違規開單
要罰多少錢不一定，是由法官來決定，不會超過9萬，至少3萬以上
那是因個人體質而異，一般來說一罐啤酒喝完馬上測約0.1不到，但過了十幾分鐘，約0.05
過年期間不會罰更多，中華民國法律沒有規定過年時要加重處罰。
