台股11月以來震盪劇烈，頗有先蹲後跳趨勢。從籌碼面上觀察，外資、投信站在賣方，僅自營商小買；融資餘額近期則不斷走揚，來到今年高檔區附近，融券水位也同步向上增長，令市場興起資券同增、人氣回籠之感。

有趣的是，雖然MSCI微幅調降台股權重，但指數反而逆勢上揚，且外資並未大買，主要買盤來自20日開始的政府相關基金進場護盤，本周更是持續加持，拉動指數強彈走升，一舉收復月線失土。換言之，近期台股之所以得以端出搶眼表現，與公股行庫做多力道關聯甚大。
