前老闆曾要我幫他找餐飲業的建教生合作 在找的過程中，要填寫非常多的表格和附上很多資料 就學校而言，為了保護學生的立意是好的 但當我把資料都弄好給老闆時，老闆卻嫌要附的資料太多了 而且餐廳是老闆副業，並沒有開很大， 老闆覺得很麻煩，就放棄了，說他寧願找工讀生.... 連小廠都覺得麻煩了，更何況是大廠 就我在準備資料的過程中 發現學校基本上是希望能和大廠建教合作，但是想去大廠的人多得很， 而且面對小廠學校的態度都頗差的 我想找人詢問合作事宜都被推三阻四，弄得很抓狂..... 說真的，這樣的態度會趕跑不少願意配合的廠商.... 以上是我在備資料所遇到的狀況，供大家參考 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 211.75.169.130 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404181621.A.C8C.html
