聚陽現增認股基準日為25日

成衣大廠聚陽（1477）公告，董事會決議辦理現金增資，發行新股2,000萬股，每股面額10元，發行總金額2億元，做為海內外擴增工廠之用。

公告指出，發行價格另案提報董事會決議，並保留發行新股總額15%由員工認購，10%採對外公開申購承銷，75%由原股東認購計1,500萬股，增資畸零股及逾期未認購股份之處理方式，授權董事長決定。

聚陽表示，增資資金用途為償還銀行借款、商業本票及充實營運資金，現金增資認股基準日為7月25日，最後過戶日為7月18日，停止過戶期間為7月21日到25日，股款繳納期間為8月7日到13日。

特定人繳款期間為8月14日到20日，而這次增資發行相關事宜，如因法令或客觀環境須變更，將授權董事長決定。
