（中央社華盛頓17日綜合外電報導）歐巴馬總統今天說，美國將結束「過時的」對古巴政策，準備與古巴恢復外交關係。不過他說，古巴仍需要進行經濟改革和改善人權。

古巴總統勞爾．卡斯楚（Raul Castro）對此表示歡迎。並且說，將釋放一名古巴出生的美國間諜，並將他送回美國。
