1.這樣當然不合勞基法.且是違法的行為 2.可以向勞工局敘明是主管不准假而非公司不准假.如此可對該名主管處罰.違反勞基法第42條判拘役或罰鍰20000元 3.你真的辛苦.遇到這種主管....
