棉籽粕進口當飼料 從未驗過棉酚

農委會證實，國內近三年確實有廠商以飼料名義進口棉籽粕，且完成清查後發現，國內廠商確實進口棉籽粕當作飼料和菇類太空包介質；其中九成以上都當作畜禽飼料使用，農委會也掌握棉籽粕流向，依照飼料管理法要求廠商主動提供資料，農委會將比對其進出口資料及流向，下周一進廠清查抽驗。

棉籽粕的原料進口含有棉酚訂有國家標準最高不得超過0.04%，但飼料與食品並沒有訂有棉酚殘留量的國家標準。若棉籽油進口為食品是衛福部管轄抽驗、若進口為飼料則為農委會管理。

但農委會畜牧處副處長朱慶誠坦承，由於棉籽粕當作飼料含有棉酚的機率風險極低，且添加的比例很少，過去從未納入抽驗項目，但經過這次事件，農委會將進廠抽查進口業者的棉籽粕原料是否含有棉酚。
