桃園20樓以上住宅　每坪均價28.13萬元

【張菱育／台北報導】往往大樓樓層愈高，價格較低樓層多1~2成，統計實價登錄，針對桃園「19樓以下」及「20樓以上」的高樓層，第3季20樓層以上交易件數為221件，平均單價28.13萬元，較第2季的144件增加53.47%，平均每坪26.21萬元，顯示高樓層單價有愈來愈貴趨勢，但是20樓以上的交易總價，從第2季的3035萬元，降至2434萬元，顯示雖然高樓層交易量增，但坪數卻變小。

台灣房屋智庫經理江怡慧表示，桃園市佔桃園高樓層的51.4%，其中中正藝文特區高樓摩天豪宅較多，而蘆竹鄉佔39.85%，主要因南崁交流道附近有不少豪宅聚集。
