記憶體大廠美光(Micron)和Rambus Inc. 9日宣布和解，終結將近13年的訴訟大戰。美光未來七年將支付Rambus 2.8億美元授權費，雙方尚未結案的專利和反壟斷官司也就此畫下句點。和解協議涵蓋美光今年併購的DRAM大廠爾必達(Elpida)。

CNET和IDG News Service報導，雙方聲明表示，美光獲得授權使用任何Rambus專利，製造特殊積體電路產品；美光每季需支付最多1,000萬美元的權利金，七年總計約2.8億美元。Rambus執行長Ron Black在電話會議表示，這是該公司最後一場大型訴訟案。

Rambus過去14年告遍所有記憶體大廠，今年6月才和南韓DRAM大廠SK Hynix Inc.達成協議，SK Hynix每季支付1,200萬美元授權費。三星(Samsung)也在2010年低頭，同意付出9億美元。

Rambus 10日股價飆漲12.31%收9.58美元，今年迄今揚升96.71%。
