脫光女大生劫財　男大生：不要逼我殺人

24歲大學生莊鈞皓2010年8月潛入鄰家行竊並殺害女主人，2011年1月另潛入林姓女大學生租屋處犯強盜案，隔月警方根據林女租屋玻璃窗遺留指紋逮捕莊男，莊男辯稱曾住林女租屋處，應是先前留下指紋，但台中地院依警員證詞，認定是1周內留存的「新鮮的指紋」，而莊男已搬離半年，今判他要賠林女30萬元。
 
判決指出，前年1月莊男半夜潛入林女租屋處，持衣物、毛巾綑綁林女，內衣物蓋住頭臉，恐嚇：「不要逼我殺人，我只是要錢。」強取林女皮包內現金和提款卡盜領，得款3200元，離去前還脫光林女衣物，並製造相機快門聲音，假裝拍裸照威脅不得報警，後因玻璃遺留指紋而被捕。

莊男辯稱先前曾租該屋，留下指紋很正常，但警員證稱，該枚指紋是以粉末法採集，屬於「新鮮的指紋」，雖無法確定是否案發當天遺留，但可判斷是1周內的新鮮指紋。
 
法院認定莊男強盜罪犯行明確，二審日前判他9年6月徒刑，民事部分林女求償100萬元，法官今判賠30萬元。至於莊男殺害鄰女部分，法院已他15年徒刑確定。(許淑惠／台中報導)
