綠呼籲法務部儘速依法讓扁保外就醫

擴大醫療小組成員今晚達成共識，讓前總統陳水扁保外就醫。民進黨發言人黃帝穎今晚說，尊重醫療鑑定小組的結果，法務部應儘速依法執行，以確實保障陳前總統的醫療人權。

黃帝穎也說，過去北榮、中榮也曾做過相同結果，但法務部卻未正視醫療專業判斷，這次醫療小組做出同樣結果，希望法務部能以更積極、正面處理，讓扁盡快保外就醫。
