公司財務狀況一直有問題 (1) 去年到職沒多久後未經勞資雙方同意改發薪日從次月 5 號改為 15 號發薪水 (2) 改 15 號發薪水後，又時常延遲 1-3 天發薪 (3) 今年一月份的薪水和去年年終，原本 2/16 發放，結果資金不足說年後發，現在拖到年後都還沒發，改說要三月初才有錢進來許多同事已經有離職打算，同事分享了一個連結給我說公司欠薪，可以主動離職後，申請非自願離職的補助 http://www.ettoday.net/news/20131206/304523.htm 因此想請教一下 1. 如果我申請了這個失業給付，這筆帳國家自己買單，還是會向公司追討？ 2. 我想等三月初確定領到一月的薪水和年終之後，甚至三月中領到二月薪水後，再辦離職，這樣還符合資格嗎？ 3. 這種離職，要怎麼跟公司講比較好？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.227.48.32 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1424850939.A.54E.html
