在購物台裡買了一組草飼牛牛排

在購物台裡買了一組草飼牛牛排
在煎時發現尚未碰到鍋子的那面上面會浮一層白白的東西
看起來乳白乳白的,又像白色膜的感覺
這問這種狀況正常嗎??
我確定不是油脂,
它看起來是像牛奶般的乳白色
我之前在好市多買的牛排都不會這樣
真不知倒底該不該繼續吃下去咧??
