陳長文律師昨（30）日在報刊發表「解散國會、打破僵局」一文，馬英九總統晚間與立委座談時表示，他並不知情，也還沒空看到投書，目前未思考過，也沒有相關討論。

因應立法院開議，馬總統以小規模座談方式，分7梯次邀請立委談論國事。在這最後一場座談中，共有11位立委出席，出席者包括王進士、陳雪生、楊應雄、蔡錦隆、謝國樑、羅淑蕾、蘇清泉、鄭汝芬、廖正井、黃志雄與吳育仁等人。

總統府發言人李佳霏會後轉述，有立委看到解散國會相關報導，詢問怎回事；還有立委直言，政局動盪，還提出這樣的議題是來亂的，會使得推動政務更加不易。

總統表示，他並不知情，也還沒空看到投書，目前未思考過，也沒有相關討論。

陳長文受訪時也說，那純粹是他個人意見，不曾和馬總統談過這個想法。

對此，民進黨主席蘇貞昌認為，罷免、彈劾和倒閣，因為相關作為在立法院提出條件和時程不同，但時機已經成熟，過去說審時度勢，時已經到來，勢也要相關條件，民進黨認為已經到發動的時刻，因此中午與黨團召開的黨政協調會報當中，大家一致同意全黨採取行動，近期內就會發動。 (接下一頁)
