公教人員保險法：
第三十四條：
被保險人之眷屬因疾病或意外傷害而致死亡者，依下列標準，給與喪葬津貼：
一、父母及配偶，給與三個月
二、子女之喪葬津貼如下：
(一) 年滿十二歲，未滿二十五歲者，給與二個月
(二) 已為出生登記且未滿十二歲者，給與一個月
沒有祖父母、外祖父母喪葬津貼給付規定
國軍志願役官兵婚喪生育補助：
喪葬補助：
一、父母或配偶死亡，發給五個月薪俸額
二、子女死亡，發給三個月薪俸額
三、新生嬰兒死亡，可分別申請生育及喪葬補助
四、申請〈外〉祖父母喪葬補助，以〈外〉祖父母無子女或子女未滿二十歲或年滿二十歲無力謀生，因而必須仰賴申請人扶養經查明屬實者為限，其補助標準為五個月薪俸額
