台10萬人詐陸民？刑事局提數據澄清

大陸媒體報導目前台灣有近10萬人，以面向大陸實施改號電話詐騙為生，引述大陸全國人大代表陳偉才說法。刑事局今天發出聲明，指台灣警方並未接觸陳偉才，也沒有接受媒體採訪，報導所提數據純屬臆測，兩岸將持續加強犯罪情資交換，擴大掃蕩詐騙集團，以維護兩岸民眾財產安全。

刑事局表示，2009年6月25日海峽兩岸共同打擊犯罪及司法互助協議簽署生效後，警政署跟大陸公安單位聯手查緝，偵破跨境詐欺案56件，查獲5557人（台籍3344人、陸籍2162人、其餘國籍51人），去年台灣全般詐欺案發生2萬3058件、財損32.96億元，相較協議生效的前一年，發生下降1萬7905件、財損減少84.5億餘元，顯示兩岸警方打擊犯罪成效。
