台灣就完蛋了 實際上大部分公司都有賺錢 但是這些公司都是想用殺低人力成本來達到獲利更大化 那人力資源只有不斷衰退 最後傷害到自己公司而已 正確的經營手段應該是 擴大公司獲利 去吸引更多優秀的人才進入 然後更進一步的擴大公司的獲利 但是台灣總覺得人力成本很廉價一樣 一些工作不願意出比較高價碼 當然別人想要挖走就挖走 因為員工對於公司的薪水就是不滿意 如果價碼出的不錯 要挖人就沒這樣容易了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.227.163.124 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1431580950.A.4F9.html
