【蘇聖怡／台北報導】立法院今召開臨時會，處理報告事項時，台聯黨團反對兩岸服貿協議，痛批黑箱作業，要求拒審提出表決，但在國民黨多數優勢下，表決通過兩岸服貿協議交付8個委員會聯席審查。

不過，民進黨團今未發出甲級動員，立院還一度因人數不足，差點開不了會，各黨黨團助理不斷電話聯繫立委來簽名開會，才順利達到法定開會人數。
