桃太郎工作狂日政府擬強制休假

素來以長工時聞名的日本考慮強制要求勞工每年至少休5天的有薪假，以降低對勞工身心健康方面的傷害。

日本勞工通常一年休不到一半的假，根據日本厚生勞動省的調查，2013年勞工平均有薪假約18.3天，只休了9天。

日本時事通信社（Jiji）報導，另一項調查則顯示，2013年1/6的日本勞工根本沒休任何有薪假。

根據時事通信社，日本政府希望在2020年以前提高有薪假使用率至70%，並計畫在國會本會期交出強制休假法案。

在稍早的勞資代表團體磋商中，資方團體提案限制強制有薪假為3天，勞方團體則要求增加到8天。
