北市演練規模7.5大地震　柯文哲全程坐鎮

今天除了萬安演習外，北市府下午在信義區六張犁營區，也舉辦全民防衛動員暨災害防救（民安1號）實兵演練，北市長柯文哲也全程坐鎮主持，現場演練大台北地區發生芮氏規模7.5的地震，本次也是首度邀日本東京消防廳搜救隊來台參演，演習過程有多次爆炸場面，相當震撼。今日民安一號演練共投入人員約1300人次，車輛約160輛次，直昇機二架次（以上未含軍方部分）。（張博亭/台北報導）
