福懋油退貨準備金 提高至2千萬

福懋油（1225）今天下午赴證交所召開重大訊息記者會，財務處處長陳世章表示，公司提供退貨擔保金額從原先的新台幣800萬元，提高至新台幣2,000萬元，並指出將提高產品責任險。

陳世章說，截至目前為止，已退貨回收約達1萬483瓶，估計退貨回收金額為新台幣逾265萬元。

針對被經濟部工業局取消11項食用油脂GMP認證，福懋油表示「欣然接受」，並正在評估重新申請GMP認證，但強調待風暴過後再提申請。

陳世章說，公司除了銷售油品業務外，還經營飼料及原料銷售等業務項目，受到此次油品事件，除了決定全面退出小包裝食用油市場外，初估每月油品銷售營收恐下滑新台幣4,000萬元，全年營運是否盈轉虧，仍須觀察。

福懋油指出，公司已收到台中市政府衛生局裁處書，合計遭裁罰新台幣1,500萬元，強調今年將認列完畢。
