我在5月23日從台灣寄了一件禮物中國朱泥茶壺(航空掛號函件)到突尼西亞給我的朋友，但都快一個月了，我在北非突尼西亞的朋友都一直沒收到我的禮物，我也上網查詢，但只顯示出口資料:如下

後來前幾天我有去郵局查詢，他們拿了一張單子讓我填寫，我問她們要多久才會有消息，他們說他們也不知道，因為他們從未受理過寄到突尼西亞的郵包案件。所以我也很傷腦筋不知道該怎麼辦，郵包不知道會不會被偷，那如果我朋友一直都沒收到，多久以後我可以要求賠償呢?還是我可以叫我突尼西亞的朋友打電話到義大利郵局或突尼西亞郵局查詢嗎?
