德惠街7-11鬧出人命　納「職災地圖」網站

台北市勞動局今日表示，位於北市中山區德惠街的7-11超商，在4月15日發生勞工使用合梯墜落死亡的重大職業災害，目前已公布在「職災地圖」網站上供民眾查閱。
 
勞動局指出，合梯是裝修工程常用設備，但也常因使用不當而釀災，本起意外就是勞工使用合梯時不慎墜落；去年11月29日也有一個工地現場，因採光罩修繕工程使用合梯不當，造成勞工墜落的職災。

北市勞動檢查處長鄒子廉表示，超商、飯店、銀行發包或承租者發包的工程，應將相關安全衛生規定明訂於契約中，慎選承作廠商，並於工程進行時做好查核與監督。（陳思豪╱台北報導）
