歐洲安全與合作組織（OSCE）5日派出第一架無人機，協助監督烏東地區為期一個月的休戰。目前第一架無人機已抵達烏克蘭。

烏克蘭政府9月5日在白俄羅斯首都明斯克與烏東親俄民兵代表簽署一項獲俄國支持的停火協議，但兩方還是多次爆發衝突，為此歐安組織決定派無人機監督烏東停火情況。

歐安組織將部署4架無人機在烏克蘭和俄羅斯邊界，以及停火協議內的休戰區巡邏。
