有關日本WIFI租借(會在郊區比較多)

小弟將於11月初帶著三位家人去日本第一次自由行。
大致上的行程已經著手開始計畫，現在卡到一點>的問題。
由於我們的行程會著重於 3天日光 + 2天輕井澤 + 可能1天鎌倉(總共要去九天，其他3天會在東京血拚)
我有在網路上搜尋一下，該要用甚麼方案來做手機WIFI的連結。
有看到WIHO & AU 好像不錯，但是又有同事叫我直接申請中華電信即可。
讓小弟頭很暈，不知道要怎麼樣去做選擇。

能否有專業的大大幫忙解答
1)會有3台手機+1台平板+1台筆電需要連結
2)400M 會夠使用嗎? (其中一支手機可能會一直連XD)
3)還有建議其他間的嗎?
4)當然日光 + 輕井澤希望暢通無阻
