洪智坤：京站已銷燬公文柯罵一罵出現

北市府顧問洪智坤今天在臉書說，他統計馬英九市長時期、日勝生「交九」（京站）案相關公文，從90年12月12日招商甄審作業階段，至93年12月27日議簽約作業階段共有900份公文，其中306份標示已銷毀。其中，又以招商甄審作業階段被銷毀的比例最多占52%（458份公文銷毀242份）。

洪智坤說，這些原本「已」銷毀的公文，柯文哲罵一罵之後又出現了。
