路透28日報導，烏克蘭總理亞琛紐克呼籲俄羅斯總統普亭封鎖烏俄邊界，以防游擊隊員進入烏克蘭，並稱俄國若發揮影響力，將有助快速解決危機。

亞琛紐克說：「烏克蘭東部情勢惡化，許多卡車滿載彈藥以及在俄國訓練有素的游擊隊員從俄國入境烏克蘭。我們請普亭封鎖邊界。若俄國收手，我們能在一周內控制情勢。」
