台中知名餐飲集團「新月梧桐」創辦人夫妻羅友竹和前夫翁博文，9年前離婚，各自又另外嫁娶，但現在女方指控前夫未依約支付1400萬贍養費，前夫則認為離婚無效，拒絕支付贍養費，雙方鬧上法庭。

前陣子才剛發生「東京著衣」創辦夫妻婚變、打官司，又出現一對創業夫妻因離婚糾紛鬧上法庭，台中知名餐飲集團「新月梧桐」創辦人夫妻羅友竹和前夫翁博文，9年前低調離婚，女方取得女兒監護權，還有餐廳「新月梧桐」的經營權，前夫每個月須給女方30萬元的贍養費。

但女方指控前夫從未支付過這筆錢，前夫反駁，當初兩人離婚，需要2名見證人，找代書處理，代書的媽媽也在場但不識字，不能算是有效見證人，因此離婚無效，所以根本沒有欠贍養費的問題。

羅友竹生氣表示：「覺得非常非常的不可思議，第一個是我們都結婚了，更重要的是他自己也結婚了，他要兩個老婆嗎？」羅友竹認為前夫只是想要她的財產，

羅友竹還說前夫挖角餐廳主廚，在附近開了一間風格、菜式都相近的餐廳「品虹橋」，距離不到20公尺，想跟她打對台，但前夫否認，2人各說各話，只能對簿公堂。
