沉寂許久的Alex Rodriguez，又上新聞了。他的律師出面宣布，撤告洋基隊醫，以便專心準備明年球季復出。

洋基方面也有善意回應。「A-Rod跟我們還有合約要走，當然希望他能回來。」洋基教頭Joe Girardi說。

之前A-Rod為了從「邁阿密禁藥風波」中脫身，控告大聯盟、聯盟主席Bud Selig、球員工會、以及洋基隊醫等單位。後來他的禁賽從211場、減為162場，這位明星三壘手「吞下去」，陸續撤告。

「Rodriguez希望為洋基打出最佳水準，所以不想為其他事情分神。」A-Rod的律師Alan Ripka說。

洋基和快要39歲的A-Rod，還有3年合約要走，總值6100萬美金。如果A-Rod順利復出，並且再敲6轟、追平Willie Mays的660轟，還可再拿600萬獎金。

然而，經過一年禁賽，「年事已高」的A-Rod，明年就算回到球場，還剩多少功力？
