苗栗市中正路一家彩券行遭惡意賴帳簽運彩！邱姓業者報案稱，1名20多歲男子中午12點22分踏進店內，先用電腦查看賭盤疑似拖延時間，鎖定12點30開打的日本職棒火腿隊跟廣島隊賭局，封牌前22秒簽賭5千元賭第1局和局，賠率1.55，最高可贏7750元，男子藉故沒帶錢，拿一支白色三星S2手機抵押，騎走機車離去，投注單則留在業者手上。

邱姓業者事後等不到人，才發現這支手機根本沒有SIM卡，於是報案，車主向警方稱借給友人，但友人電話不通，警方正調查釐清案情中。檢方表示，若男子賴帳一直不出面付錢，恐怕會觸法詐欺得利罪嫌。（楊永盛／苗栗報導）
