上山採藥遭虎頭蜂叮 男過敏休克不治

台南1名52歲男子，今天上午疑似上山採藥時，目擊者表示男子被虎頭蜂叮咬，當下呼吸不順失去意識，趕緊打電話求救，救護人員在途中不斷實施CPR急救，但送醫後還是急救無效，醫生表示男子外表沒有明顯螫痕，研判是過敏性體質導致休克。

救護人員：「至少要有4個人喔，後面的比較辛苦，慢一點。」

幾名壯丁和救護人員，在草叢中小心翼翼、加快腳步，將擔架上的男子先送回平地上，救護人員將男子送上救護車，在途中不斷用CPR急救，但是到院時男子就已經沒有呼吸心跳。救護人員：「12、13、14、15。」

這名52歲的男子，今天上午疑似上山採藥，目擊者表示，有看到男子被虎頭蜂叮到，突然呼吸不順、失去意識，其他人立刻打119求救，到院後急救1個小時仍宣告不治，醫師表示在外表上沒有明顯看到螫咬傷痕，初步研判是過敏性休克導致。新化分院急診醫師戴大為：「被蜂螫到大概要數十隻上百隻，才會產生毒性反應，有可能說他產生的是過敏性休克，才會這麼嚴重。」

醫生說，一般民眾大約密集被虎頭蜂螫50針，才會造成生命危險，男子情況可能是過敏性體質，才會導致立即性的休克，難逃一劫。
