這公司給的資遣費合理嗎

昨天下班臨時跟我說要我做到昨天就好
薪水方面給我10月份正常的薪水
然後多給我11月份20天的錢

我在那一間工作1年4個月
這樣的話資遣費合理嗎?
因為我不怎麼清楚
所以來發問
