問題豆製品 新竹縣下架147公斤

芊鑫實業社生產「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」非法使用二甲基黃。新竹縣衛生局大動作稽查，業者已自行下架147公斤相關豆製品。

依據衛生福利部食品藥物管理署資料，芊鑫實業社生產的「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」透過彰化中盤商「裕香食品廠」生產製造，並販售給新竹縣關西鎮「立義食品有限公司」製造旗下9項相關豆製品。

新竹縣衛生局食品藥物科長張敬崴今天表示，立義食品已自主下架並通報衛生局；截至目前，已稽查111家次，下架商品739包、共147公斤。

回收品項包括，「知味大溪豆干（芝麻素食條）」、「知味大溪豆干（麻辣豆干）」、「知味大溪豆干（黑胡椒豆干）」、「知味大溪豆干（麻辣鹽酥雞豆干）」、「知味大溪豆干（辣味豆干）」、「知味大溪豆干（紅蒜珍味）」、「知味大溪豆干（滷肉珍味）」、「知味大溪豆干（紅燒沙茶）」、「知味大溪豆干（哇沙米）」9項產品。

新竹縣衛生局呼籲食品業者，若有使用「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」，應於20日前自主回收、下架，遭查獲將祭重罰。局長殷東成強調，近日將加強稽查轄內各大業者，替新竹縣民食安把關。
