二殯集體收賄遭訴

台北地檢署偵辦二殯集體收賄案，查出技工、工友利用職權集體向家屬索取紅包花用，由於被告皆是具有法定職權的公務員，檢方今天依違反貪汙治罪條例起訴陳祥豪等15人；另有4名殯葬業者也遭起訴。
