本月13日中午，經營公關顧問公司的李姓男子在立法院旁遭人開槍狙擊，14日下午，台北市警中正一分局約談載到槍手的計程車司機；司機指出槍手上車後表示要到內湖大直一帶，他就由新生高架橋下北安路，再開往大直，但車還沒到明水路，對方便要求下車。司機表示沒有注意槍手下車後的去向，因對方戴帽子、口罩，也沒有看清樣貌。
