【綜合報導】美國向香港提出引渡前中情局雇員史諾登的要求，並表示如果香港不立刻採取行動，將有損美國和香港的關係，並會讓人質疑香港政府的執法能力。

美國14日以間諜罪和竊取政府財產罪控告史諾登，希望將史諾登引渡回美，以接受司法審判，不過雖然美國和香港有簽屬引渡條款，但政治犯可不予引渡，美國以間諜罪起訴史諾登，根據間諜法，史諾登可被歸為從事政治犯罪，香港政府就能以政治犯的身份處理他，不過目前為止香港方面尚未公開回應。
