張志軍來台　獨派團體要求陸委會捍衛台灣主權

中國國台辦主任張志軍明天來台，公投護台灣聯盟、黑島青、台左維新等獨派團體約20人今天中午到陸委會抗議，反對在一中框架底下進行內政式的政黨協商會議，並要求「王張會」時，陸委會主委王郁琦必須明確表達台灣為主權獨立國家的立場。

台左維新執行長林于倫說，台灣是主權獨立國家，任何與他國交涉的事務都應透過國與國之間的對等會談形式，而非透過去主權化的內政機關進行交涉，主張廢除陸委會這種去主權化的黑機關。

陸委會原派出政風室主任接受陳情書，但林于倫不滿「層級太低」，要求主秘出面對話，還威脅「如果5分鐘內不出來，將衝入陸委會。」為避免引發衝突，陸委會主秘楊家駿最後出面接下陳情書。（徐珮君／台北報導）
